The Millennium Hotel Mayfair is offering New Years Eve 2008-09.

New Year’s Eve at AVISTA starts with a champagne cocktail reception from 8pm in our adjacent AVISTA Bar, followed by a four course dinner mix of rustic and refined regional Italian cuisine,
then champagne to finally welcome in the New Year.

Starter – Sea bass tartare , Trio of row scampi with cucumber and pineapple, scallop ravioli, jellied oyster ,Lentil salad with figs and cotechino

Middle Course – Tortellini in broth ,Risotto with ceps and white truffle from Alba

Main Course – Baby goat with chestnut, pumpkin and green onion ,Dover sole with parmesan and herb crust , Dessert

Tropical fruit salad with panettone and rum ice-cream , Vanilla and anise semiffredo with chocolate cream and white coffee sorbet

£ 130 plus half bottle of champagne per person (excluding wines)
